As per the  previous years cutoffs you have  very thin chance of getting admission in Osmania University even if your category is SC.
So,try for other good universities in Hyderabad such as SNIST, MVSREC, SPEC, KMIT,etc they are also good in terms of academics and placements.

I'm sorry to say that, with this marks there is rare chance to get NITs or IITs with this stream. If you score 100-150 marks more then there will be a definite chance to get a top NIT college.
