In OU last year cut off rank for BC-D female candidate is 26. So it is pretty difficult for you to get admission in this quota.

If not OU, you should opt for SCL as it is the next best college. 

But if you want to opt between the three you mentioned, 

You can go for it like - 

1st preference - MGLC

2nd preference - PRR

the cutoff marks for TS PGECET is not really known however at this rank if you are looking for a mechanical engg seat, I think it may be slightly difficult as this branch is a core one and has a lot of comeptition. It wold be good if you also
