OU is the best platform for you to do your vacational. A part from your answer. i want to suggest my point of view and is the scope is very low compare to non vocational. but if you decided. then go head and do hard work.

Hello dear, first tell me how can you get 965 out of 100. You might have got 965 out of 1000. For getting admission into BCA, you should complete your regular schooling from any state or central board. I don't think vocational is acceptable for full time regular BCA course.

You did not mention your category. Cut off ranks varies vastly with category.
