2017 details are unavailable but in 2016 the ranks were as follows. This is for the University College of Engg OU. and the ranks are for OC Female. Hope this gives you a good idea.

Osmania University is in Telangana so most probably you will be ineligible for admissions there as  you will need to meet the domicile requirements for the engineering entrance exam which is TS EAMCET. Moreoever Astronomical engineering is not offered in India. However, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering is offered.
