You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting seat in M.tech Turbo Engineering in Osmania University, Hyderabad considering your rank based on previous year cut off. The cut off for general category was 272. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

First of all there is no bpharmacy course in osmania university.

With 25324rank it is very difficult to get government seat in bpharmacy course.

The government universities and their cut offs of last year for oc are

The cut off rank for admission to MBA in JNTU, Hyderabad was 139 and for OU was 52. Considering the cut off rank and your rank you may not get seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
