It is highly unlikely for you to get admission for a post graduation program fin computer science engineering in either of the two public/government universities that you want to get admission in.

You have earned yourself an extremely high rank. At a rank greater than 1200 in AP PGECET in cse, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the government institutes of the state. The government institutes of the state have very less number of seats and hence the competition is extremely intense. Infact the number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants.

The number of mtech seats available for cse in both the Institutes is only 25 each. Although you have ST reservation, still your chances are almost zero as you still need a good quota rank and the number of reservation seats are also very limited.b

As far as nanotechnology is concerned, you have great chances of getting an mtech seat in that branch. A rank of 18 is quite excellent and you may find admission in either Osmania University or in JNTUH. These universities have like 18 mtech seats for nanotechnology. Furthermore, you have a solid backup of Scheduled Tribe reservation.

Based on the previous year cutoff ranks for TS PGECET, and the rank you secured in TS PGECET 2020 as 67, the category you fall in as BC-B, you have a pretty good chance to get a seat in either Osmani University or JNTU Hyderabad. Both the colleges are accredited by NAAC, NBA and approved by UGC.

B.Sc Math, physics and Computer science is a self-finance course in University Post Graduate College,OU. The course has 60 seats and the same number applies to BSc Math, Physics and Chemsitry course too.The admission takes place through the online platform " Degree Online Services ,Telangana", DOST.It is a single window admission procedure.To take part in it , you need to visit the official DOST website and register yourself by entering basic identification details  and login using your Intermediate hall ticket.The phase 1 registration fee is 200. You may even visit the DOST helpline centers to apply.

Admissions to the majority of the undergraduate programmes at the university is granted on the basis of the merit and score of the candidates in the qualifying examination.

As you have not mentioned the subject name i will tell you the Eligibility of different subjects available in the university.

For btech 10+2 with 45% + TS EAMCET is required.

BA + LLB 10+2 with 45% + TS LAWCET is required

LLB graduation with 45% + TSCET is required.

For SC/ST students, passing marks are sufficient for admission.

BE last year cutoff for SC was 12302 ( rank)
