if you didn't get the allotment message then I will suggest you to wait some more days and definitely they will provide you this message within 5 to 6 days after declaration, if concern is that from where you will get this allotment letter so regularly check your mails and messages they will provide you e-letter and you will have to take its print out by yourself.

You have done your post graduation from osmania University , Hyderabad now you want to do PG again so it is not a big issue you can do it easily but in that case you will have to  attach a certificate or an application during admission time where it will be mentioned that what you did in the gap year from your bachelor completion year to the current year, and all the facilities will be same as fresher get.

Osmania University is a state-funded college situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. It was set up in the year 1918. Osmania University is a non-benefit college that is subsidized and overseen by the administration. The O. U. is especially known for its workforce of Engineering and Technology, Law, Arts, Biochemistry, Genetics and Biotechnology, Commerce and Management offices.

College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
