You have not mentioned any specialization that you may want to get in.But you have secured a decent rank and with such merit rank you have higher chance of getting a seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad and JNTU, Hyderabad based on 2018 cut off trends.The seacured by candidate who have ranks below 1000.So after the filling of seats through GATE if there are vacancies you will get any of these universities.

• Yes you can change or transfer if both the colleges accept it.
• The college you are studying in may ask for compensation. 
• This is highly stressfull process until and unless there are high authority people in picture .
• But to transfer you must give an valid and acceptable reason.

Six point formula is the agreement between  Government of India and Various regions of Andhra Pradesh.

To avoid legal problems in future 6 point formula is mad.

And coming to your admission.They described in 2nd point that there should be equal  preferance given to local candidates in matter of admission.

Hello Piu, yes this might create a problem during admission. What you can do is send a detailed application/file a grievance/report a correction based on the errorin your admit card to the concerned authority and ask them to rectify the error. Your issue will be cleared once you reach out to the authorities.

First of all congratulations on scoring 56 marks in OUCET. If you have category certificate then it will be very easy to get admission as the cut of for SC/ST is around 32-45 in certain colleges. You have secured a merit rank in TS PGECET! you have very high chances of getting a seat in Osmania Univeristy, Hyderabad as well as in JNTU, Hyderabad.But you have not mentioned your engineering discipline it is quite difficult to answer without that.It will be if you provide me which specialization you are intrested in so that I may give you relevant details.But NCC 'A' certificate does not have much importance, NCC 'C' certificate is valued.
