Established in 1918, Osmania University was founded by Nawab Osman Ali Khan, the seventh Nizam of Hyderabad. Students at Osmania University get financial assistance in the form of scholarships. Osmania University scholarships are Telangana Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC/ST/BC/Disabled Welfare, Economically Poor People Scholarship (EPP). College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
