Hostels are available for both boys and girls with options for AC and Non-AC rooms. Rooms are cleaned regularly, and security is strict. Sathyabama is famous across South India for its free, unlimited, high-quality mess food provided to all students (both day scholars and hostellers). Clean, hygienic breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks are served daily with high standards. Wi-Fi is accessible across departments and hostels. Our college has excellent infrastructure classrooms with smart boards and WiFi. Well equipped labs and resourceful library and good sports facilities. All are well maintained and actively used. Hostel spaces are clean and the food served is hygienic and satisfactory.

The Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology offers scholarships to meritorious students who cannot afford to continue their education. It works closely with several NGOs to find and reach out to underprivileged and deserving students. Among the scholarship programmes is the Dr Jeppiaar Remibai Merit Scholarship, where top students receive 30% off their academic year fees, second-place students receive 20% off, and third-place students receive 10% off. Additionally, scholarship opportunities are available to children of Indian Defense Personnel, destitute women and war widows, and prison inmates. Non-teaching staff of the institution are also eligible for this scholarship.
5: Does Sathyabama have an on-campus hostel facility?
There are excellent hostel facilities at Sathyabhama for students. There are five boys' hostels on campus covering an area of around 10,00,000 square feet and five girls' hostels covering an area of about 5,50,000 square feet with a mess, laundry, and fitness centre. The hostels are spacious, and several instructional buildings are nearby. For personal or educational needs, the student does not have to leave the University premises, making hostel life an authentic home-away-from-home experience.
