It works closely with several NGOs to find and reach out to underprivileged and deserving students. Among the scholarship programmes is the Dr Jeppiaar Remibai Merit Scholarship, where top students receive 30% off their academic year fees, second-place students receive 20% off, and third-place students receive 10% off. Additionally, scholarship opportunities are available to children of Indian Defense Personnel, destitute women and war widows, and prison inmates. Non-teaching staff of the institution are also eligible for this scholarship.

There are excellent hostel facilities at Sathyabhama for students. There are five boys' hostels on campus covering an area of around 10,00,000 square feet and five girls' hostels covering an area of about 5,50,000 square feet with a mess, laundry, and fitness centre.
