The cut off percentile cannot be predicted now because cut off changes every year. So we give you the previous year cut off ranks for School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada category-wise
- General: 2157
- EWS: 453
- OBC-NCL: 1227
- SC: 581
- ST: 245
Percentile vs rank will not be the same always so you need to score minimum 98 percentile if you belong to general category and 90-95 percentile or above if you belong to reserved category. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available and difficulty of exam.

You can get school of planning and architecture Bhopal only by securing a good All India rank in jee mains paper 2.
Now, as you have not mentioned the category, then I am assuming you from general or open category.
So, if you want to take architecture course, then your rank must be under 550, ( as per the cutoff closing rank in the last josaa round ). And for planning courses your rank must be around less than 830 ( as per the cutoff closing rank in the last josaa round ). And for that your marks must be around 270 .

As per the rank shared by you, it seems very difficult for you to get into SPA Vijayawada for an B.Arch degree(If and only if it is in SC Merit List)
,The Usual trend of cutoff for this college is around 520-560(In SC Merit list).
However, if the rank provided by you is CRL,then its obvious that you will surely get a chance to take admission into the SPA Vijaywada in round 2 or 3.(as per previous trends).

Yes you are eligible for the college as you have score good percentile. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GOI) has established National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organization under Society Registration Act 1860 for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions.
The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards.
Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTI), Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). The (B. E. /B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programs offered by the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).

As you got 85.36 percentile in Jee Main paper 2, your expected rank would be around 16,496. This would be your CRL Rank. In 2018, the opening rank for School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada was 91 while the closing rank 130. In 2017, the opening rank was 102, and closing rank was 397. These are category rank. Now, we don't have category rank, and depending on your rank in CRL, it is difficult to predict anything because it depends on various factors. You haven't mentioned your Category. With 57 percentile your All India Rank is 100-57*112679/100 your All India Rank is approximately approximately 48451. Now the closing rank for B.Arch under General Category is 2157. Though we do not have Reserved Category cut offs data and cut offs change every year, with an All India Rank of 48451 it is tad difficult for a seat with this rank in SPA Vijayawada. You might have to appear for July session.

Yes , you are correct school of planning and Architecture, Delhi does not accept NATA score, for having admission in this college you will have to go with the JEE mains paper 2 rank, it is a reputed college recommended by many alumini , for having admission in this college you will have to maintain your rank in JEE mains paper 2 under 5k.

College Infrastructure
Hostel rooms are neat and come with basic furniture is like bed study, table and cupboard. There is a proper ventilation and good lighting. Bathroom are shared but clean regularly. There are 24×7 water supply and hot water during winter. It’s not luxury but comfortable enough for daily life And studies.
If college is good life will be good
