• Invitation to Companies: The Training and Placement Cell of the institute begins SPAV placements by talking to the recruiting companies and asking for their requirements. The companies fill an annexure with information about the required candidates and other such requirements. 
• Registration of students: The students interested in placements register with the T&P Cell for the placement drives. Their resumes and other necessary documents are received, and students are classified based on their eligibility for recruitment. 
• Slot Allocation: The recruiters talk to SPA Vijayawada T&P Cell and finalise the dates of their campus arrival. The whole process is mapped, and the dates are fixed accordingly.
• Pre-Placement Talks: The students are trained well in advance, starting with the pre-placement talks. The students are told about the roles available, the job profiles, and the policies of each company. 
• Written Tests: To be eligible for any role, the student has to pass a written test. When the students pass the written test, they are subjected to group discussions. On clearance of this round, they are put to the test through one-on-one interviews with the recruiters. In this manner, the student is judged for the role carefully. 
• Final Selection of the Candidates: When the student passes all the rounds, he is offered a job and given a package based on his performance and his scores.
