• Registration of students: The students interested in placements register with the T&P Cell for the placement drives. Their resumes and other necessary documents are received, and students are classified based on their eligibility for recruitment. 

• Slot Allocation: The recruiters talk to SPA Vijayawada T&P Cell and finalise the dates of their campus arrival. The whole process is mapped, and the dates are fixed accordingly.

• Pre-Placement Talks: The students are trained well in advance, starting with the pre-placement talks. The students are told about the roles available, the job profiles, and the policies of each company.
