Exams are well structured with a mix of theory case based application questions. Time is usually tight, but the pattern encourages critical thinking, professors approachable if we need clarifications before or after assignment.
College Infra
Hostel rooms are neat and come with basic furniture is like bed study, table and cupboard. There is a proper ventilation and good lighting. Bathroom are shared but clean regularly. There are 24×7 water supply and hot water during winter. It’s not luxury but comfortable enough for daily life And studies.

how much percentile is required in jee main paper 2 to get seat in spa college Vijayawada

The cut off percentile cannot be predicted now because cut off changes every year. So we give you the previous year cut off ranks for School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada category-wise
- General: 2157
- EWS: 453
- OBC-NCL: 1227
- SC: 581
- ST: 245
Percentile vs rank will not be the same always so you need to score minimum 98 percentile if you belong to general category and 90-95 percentile or above if you belong to reserved category. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available and difficulty of exam.

Now, as you have not mentioned the category, then I am assuming you from general or open category.
So, if you want to take architecture course, then your rank must be under 550, ( as per the cutoff closing rank in the last josaa round ). And for planning courses your rank must be around less than 830 ( as per the cutoff closing rank in the last josaa round ). And for that your marks must be around 270 .
