The Syllabus
- The goal of this module is to provide you with a few useful strategies or approaches that can be used in clinical education encounters. The two frameworks have been well-studied for enhancing case-based teaching and learning.
- Active learning can be promoted through effective questioning of learners. In addition to promoting learning, asking questions provide teachers with valuable information about the learner; this can inform feedback and assessment. Therefore the use of questions can be a time efficient way to teach in that there is the opportunity for teaching, learning, and assessment to take place in the same interaction with a learner. This module will focus on using questions to promote knowledge and comprehension.

- This module will focus on using questions to promote synthesis and evaluation.
