Dear candidate, it is up to you which branch you prefer. EC is a more difficult branch than CS. CS has more employment opportunities than EC. EC is preferable for government jobs. Last, but not the least: your interest. Choose the one, in which your interest is. If you do not like coding then don’t go into CS. Average package of CSE SRM is more than ECE VIT. College life at both colleges is good, with a little bit of restrictions at VIT.

Congrats! for your admission in VIT.  Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in Biomedical Engineering is an interdisciplinary program that combines Electronics Engineering with biology to solve medical problems in living systems.

you can take both field related job either ECE or Biomedical . You can get jobs in clinical research and development, health care , hospitals etc. Now a days ECE is rapidly growing in the biomedical Field. you will also paid good.

Even in aboard you can try for higher in biomedical engineering. after completing PG you will get high payment

It has more scope  in both India and aboard

50 marks in VITEEE 2021 Exam means approximately 50000 but it is hard to predict as the cutoffs change every year and depend on a lot of factors like the difficulty of exam and how many students gave the exam.You can refer to the previous year cutoff trends for the VITEEE exam to get an idea about the ranks-

In the VIT college the fee structure as of 2021 is-

For group A the total fees is INR 1,76,000  per annum including the caution fees of INR 3000.

For group B the total fees is INR 1,98,000 per annum including the caution fees of INR 3000.

The Vellore Institute of Technology administers VITEEE every year to allow aspirants to take admission in various undergraduate engineering courses (BTech) of participating institutes. Around two Lakh students enrol for VITEEE each year. VIT University published the VITEEE 2021 application form on November 30, 2020. The last date for subitting the application form was May 21, 2021. VITEEE 2021 was administered on May 28, 29 and 31, 2021. Aspirants who wished to give the exam had to submit the VITEEE 2021 application form and book their slots. Re-exam for eligible aspirants was carried out on June 10, 2021. VITEEE 2021 result was published on June 12, 2021 in the official website.

VIT has been accredited with 'A' grade  by NAAC. It has been ranked 16th by NIRF among Universities in 2020 and 15th among Engineering Colleges in 2020.

At first congratulations on starting your new journey at the Vellore institute of technology. As per the guidelines released by the institution, the classes for the freshers batch 2021 will commence from 2nd August in online mode through Microsoft teams. The final phase of counselling is still on and will be completed by this week.
