It solely depends on which vit campus you want. If you want to take admission in main campus (vellore) then it may be difficult. But you can get admission easily. Also fees of VIT is high. I will recommend you to take admission in a state government college.

For Msc there is no particular examination in VIT university and there is no requirement of any exam you can apply directly on the basis of B.Sc and  admission will be done on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination B.Sc.(or its equivalent).You can check below
