Your percentile roughly translates to a score of ~45-50k.
If you are not interested in core branches of NITs or IIITs I suggest you to apply for other colleges such as ::

Honestly, VIT Vellore has really good infrastructure. The campus is of course massive, well maintained. you pretty much get everything you need inside, from academic blocks to hostels and food courts. It does get very crowded though. reallyyy crowded.
