Yes, you can register and attend VIT EEE 2025 counselling, but your admission will be provisional until you clear your maths compartment in the supplementary exam. Submit your past certificate or updated before the deadline said by vit .

As an OBC student, VIT requires a minimum of 60 percent in aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) for admission to B.Tech programs even if you have written and passed VITEEE. Since you have 55 Weighted Percentage in PCM you may fail to meet the general eligibility criteria.
