The college is good. The students have reviewed the college with good response. The college is more related with education rather then extra curricular activities. So if you are focused only on education part you can join the college. The faculty is well experienced.

You should go for Integrated M.Tech at VIT as it will have better job opportunities. Yes, you will have to give one year extra but that will be totally worth, because you will be completing two degrees together at the end of 5 years.

Hello student, this is abit tough to decide. Since both the campuses are really good in their own way. More or less the campus placements and infrastructure etc etc are are pretty much the same in these both.

But to compare the point, I would suggest bits in Goa is

I would suggest you to go with vit vellore since it is quite established whereas IIIT raipur is new and yet to make a mark in ECE branch(though it is developing at good rate).
