Congratulations you have secured a good rank . You have a better chances to get seat in vellore campus in any branch.in the other hand vit chennai is also good college and you have a better chance to get seat .as per your rank the fee may also reduced

No branch in VIT Vellore is worth of category 5 until and unless you have lots and lots of money and the only goal is to get placed and all.
