But VIT, Vellore is a bit better than MIT, Manipal.

• Comparing the NIRF Ranking VIT is ranked at 15th while MIT at 45th.
• Facilities provided by both the colleges are almost same and both have all the facilities required by students.

Both VIT and DAIICT are considered prestigious institutes for engineering.

But it largely depends on the branch you want to choose.

VIT takes into consideration VITEEE marks whereas DAIICT considers boards and GUJCET marks. Also JEE mains marks to some extent.

for current year, VITEEE is canceled in the view of health risk which would have made a harsh effect on the senior citizen of society. so VIT has decided to give admission on the basis of merit. Candidates who have jee main score will be given higher weightage.
