Actually in case of VIT then VIT vellore is best and in case of chennai SRM chennai is best.

Now in between  VIT  and SRM  then VIT is always better than SRM.  Because VIT have its best campus infrastructure and intellectual  faculties overall.

You should study your 12th with subjects like Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
