The eligibility criteria for applying for VITEEE in the first place is getting an aggregate percentage of 60 in Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology which I see you have cleared. (As your percentage is 66.67)

Yes VIT Vellore University has B.Arch course.  this is also a new branch in VIT Vellore and due to this reason teachers are working very hard to make the college as one best for B. Arch course. College is providing good infrastructure and college is hiring good faculties.

Fees concession is provided to the toppers. In VIT, state toppers get full fee waiver. In BITS, board topper gets full fee waiver. In first year, concession is provided on the basis of BITSAT score. Fee concession is provided to EWS students in IP.

Placement wise both the colleges are almost the same and have good placement records. However, if you have a choice then you should adopt for Thapar as the diversity in the placements there is more as compared to Vellore, where most of the students are offer the same
