Yes, For your rank you have few chances to get Computer science and engineering at Vellore campus because as per this years closing rank estimation, The cutofd for Computer science and engineering it is around 15,000. However it is not gurantees that you’ll get CSE or not.

College Infrastructure
Great lab infrastructure. Many advance equipments. Big campus with many food options available. Very crowded though, it's like there is a whole city inside the campus. Buses are there to travel inside the campus.

College Infrastructure
VIT Vellore has excellent infrastructure with modern academic buildings, well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, a spacious library, and campus-wide Wi-Fi. The hostels are well maintained, and there are good sports facilities, cafeterias, auditoriums, and green spaces. The campus is clean, safe, and provides a comfortable environment for learning. However, due to the large student population, some facilities can become crowded during peak hours. Overall, the infrastructure is impressive and supports both academics and extracurricular activities very well.

Its really good.Have all facilities like gym,basketball ground,tennis ground,badminton etc. Academic buildings are also really nice.Food is average and wifi is good but at night after 12 it doesnt works.
