If u eligible to get any semi government college or government college then that's fine than joining in VIT Bhopal, it's a suggestion. But for your JEE Mains rank there are very less chances of getting government college or semi government college.

According to your rank in VITEEE 2019 ,you have no chance to get seat in CSE in VIT vellore campus as the previous year closing rank for the same was under 10k.

Dear Kausi, 

It's sorry to say that the closing rank of computer science and engineering branch is 33000 for VIT university Chennai campus 2019. 

So it means that you cannot get Cse branch in VIT  Chennai campus.

How rank can be in decimal? I think you are talking about percentile.

WIth these marks you will not be able to get good NIT but you can go for JEE Advance to get the experience.

If you are getting NITs then you should probably choose in between the NITs 

VIT is no where in comparison to the NITs as it is a private college.

If you are getting NIT Bhopal I would suggest you should take that option.
