A rank of 69k you definitely cannot expect vit chennai or vellore to give you a seat.But you can try your luck at ap or bhopal.The campuses arent that good since they just opened up.

Based on the past record you have no chance with the other branches

Your chance of getting is very mnimal.Considering that cse gets over by 6k,If you are lucky enough you will get it or you might just end up missing it.Yiu can always consider taking vit chennai cse.That is equally good.Scope of placements are the same,so the choice is yours

With this kind of rank,i think you can easily get into jain university.But again depends on what their criteria is,accordingly research and go through.Point is when you can easily get into vit and amrita,then why try for jain university.Vit and amrita are way better than jain university in terms
