If you want suggestion then I suggest you both are good but I VIT Vellore is slightly better than Amrita Coimbatore but it's your decision that in which university you want to take admission.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates, But as per the previous year cutoff the chances are less to get a seat in VIT Vellore.

This is a very common confusion among lot of the students.

With 20k rank in vit you may get CSE in 3 or 4 cateory however this fee is equal to first category fee in Manipal. Manipal is too expensive.

I will recommend you to take admission in VIT Bhopal as it is opening for the first but you will get degree of main campus ( vellore) and you will stand a great chance in terms of placements than any other colleges like IIIT manipur or IIIT Kota.
