Greetings from Careers360. With this rank, you cannot simply get admission in any program at VIT University Vellore Campus. But, wait until the last round of counseling as you might expect admission in last rounds of counseling under category 4 fees. But, i won't recommend you to go for counseling

Sorry you will not be getting either of them as they require ranks to be under 40k For admission in VIT chennai campus and under 20k for admission in Vellore campus.

Yeah there is high chance of getting brooo......2017 cu off was 7500 in vellore in 2016 it was 12000 .....good luck

I HAVE RANK OF 71000 IN VIT 2018 WHAT STREAM CAN I GET IN THE VELLORE CAMPUS? MY FIRST PRIORITY IS CSE.

CSEcutoffs atboth Vellore snd Chennai campus is within 15000 ranks and hence, you have negligible chances.
So your only chnace at rank of 71000 is VIT Amaravti and Bhopal campus for CSE.

You shall becalled for Phase2 Counselling from 14-18May of 2018.
For Bhopal campus, 19-20th May is reserved.

Chances are decent to get admission in good branches as per the previous years cut off.

Sorry to say but 74000 isn't a very good rank though the cut offs for diffrent branches of VIT in different brances aren't out yet and they may cary from the previous years cut offs as the cut offs depends upon various factors like, number of applicants fill

Hello,
Your chances are quite low for admission in VIT VELLORE or CHENNAI campuses under any category.
But you can try for their new campus i.e VIT AP and BHOPAL.You will definitely get one of these two.But go for it only if you don't have any options left with you

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
