With 8600 rank in VITEEE, you can get ECE in Vellore campus itself in first category. According to that, fees will be around 1.63 lacs per year. Hostel and mess charges are separate. However if you opt for AC room and special mess, total fees will be around 3 lacs

Since your rank in VITEEE is very large with this much rank you can't able to get the core branches in Chennai and vellore Campus but yaah may be you will get Bio informatics/Bio medical or Aero branches in chennai campus otherwise you may also get branches like

Why you want join vit you have got such a good marks you will get nits easily that also nit Warangal, Trichy,surathkal etc with good branches please go for nits rather than going gof vit

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
