Yes, you are only qualified for VIT Bhopal because candidates having rank up to 1.5 lakh in VITEEE are eligible for B.Tech. in VIT, Bhopal Campus. As per previous year cutoff,

Closing rank for CSE at VIT Vellore campus was 7000.

Sorry, you cant get admission in VIT, Vellore with this rank. As per previous year, Closing rank was 55,000. So it is clear that your rank is not enough for this college.

Chances are not so good but you can still go for counseling with this rank. This rank is not enough for admission in VIT.

There pretty low chances of getting any branch in chennai and vellore while definately you will get CSE and all other branches in Amaravathi and Bhopal but my suggestion give preffernce to core branches. the reson you wont get chennai and vellore is you have high rank
