Yes, you have enough probability to get admission to Computer science and Engineering in VIT Vellore. In VITEEE 2016, Cutoff rank for VIT Vellore campus was 7000. Considering all the facts such as no of candidates, craze for engineering etc, you can get admission in CS at VIT

There are very high chances that you can get admission in CSE specialized in Cyber Security at VIT Bhopal Campus because maximum students go for general CSE stream first. Fees will be approximately 1.98 lakh per year for this stream.

With rank you mentioned is not possible to get seat in vellore with respect to cse and ece and while chennai is not possible as well butyou might get in Bhopal and amaravathi campus

your rank is pretty high and you can get seat in chennai campus for production engineering branch or fashion technology but you will not get any core branches while if you need you might get in Bhopal and amaravathi campus give try for them

With you rank you will not get any of the core branches in vit chennai and vellore campus but you can get in amaravathi and Bhopal
And the branch you can get in chennai and vellore campus are industrial engineering and fashion technology

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
