my rank in viteee is 71008 can I get ME branch in vit vellore phase 2nd

Chances are less with this rank to get seat in main campus of VIT but if you want you can try for other campuses of VIT.

Which branch I will get in VIT vellore campus if I scored 68 marks in VITEEE 2017 and what would be my rank?

With this score, chances are there to get admission in top branches like CS, ME, ECE, EE etc in other campuses of VIT but not in main campus as there you can try for other lower branches.

U've got good marks but last year closing rank for cse is about 7000 so I think I would be little difficult for cse

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
