You need to score 60 % marks in physics,Chemistry and mathematics separately in 12th board examination and it is compulsory for being eligible to give VITEEE 2018 entrance exam.For more details you can visit vit university website.

Form of vit

The last date dor submission of VITEE application form is 28February, 2018.

Exam shall be conducted on April 4-15 in 2018.

Can I study automation and robotics in VIT vellore ?

No.

B.Tech in automation and robotics is not there is VIT as Mechanical with specialization in Automotive Engineering is there.

Does bits or vit or MIT or SRM provide rooms on individual basis or the student has to share room with others?

Mainly individuals rooms are made available only to seniors as I had seen in SRM so maybe in most of the universities same criteria are followed on.If you're feared of ragging so just leave it nothing much happens in ragging.

What Vit is better than Nit ?

When comapred to Top 5 NITS like NIT Surat, Nagpur and the remaining 3 colleges VIT is not the best choice you can choose over them but after that it really matters. The facilities, placements and also in all the remaining terms VIT is almost same as NIT.

What is the packages of civil and mechanical engineers passed out from VIT vellor ??

The placement scenarios at VIT Vellore are decent enough with 85-90% students gettibg placed at Civil and Mechanical branches.
The total companies visited are 228 out of which 83 core conpanies visiting for Mechanical and civil branches.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
