what is difference between vit Vellore n vit chennai campus.

Hi, VIT Chennai is as good as vellore just the difference between the two is that the population of chennai campus is much less compared to vellore campus hence it makes no large difference.
You can choose the one you are convenient with.

in which college I shd take admission, vit rank (16437), jee main rank(32800), kiit rank(438), wbjee score 111, home state up, category-gen.

I would suggest you to try for good NITs first, if not then consider VIT, KIIT and then WBJEE. So to check where all and in which branches you can have admission chances you can use below given college predictors and accordingly decide -

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
