Hostels, mess , badminton courts and all the buildings in the world are available in that cramped space. Every semester they stand a new building, every year they are adding more and more students that the last year. Nice looking but too many buildings.

You don't get that quality of studies as you would expect as of the college so renowned. They are not so much focusing on the quality of the college studies. But you get lot of exposure in different events which is cool.

Placements are Ok. I mean huge number of companies come here which pretty awesome but lot of them are offering low paying jobs plus the companies coming here are not recruiting students from all the branches, most of them are here looking for IT guys.

The college has all the necessary equipments and infrastructure for engineering and other disciplines. It has sophisticated labs for research also.Living spaces are bit cramped (especially for the first year) and mess is decent enough.

The academics is fine but quite hectic I would say, a bit excessive work has to be done with very less input of knowledge from those works.The curriculum is not at all up to date and is useless, doing things on own has bigger advantage.

Placements are the pivotal part of VIT and to be honest VIT offers innumerable opportunities in different companies and fields with a lot of companies visiting the campus.The figures of placements are good. But when delved little inside, we see that the number of students competing is huge!

Cost of the course depends primarily on merit and more importantly rank. As it stands, there are multiple categories through which a student can enlist a course. Category 1 costs the least and Category 5 costs the highest. Hence, students with good ranks prefer Category 1 and save on a lot of money.

VIT also has different types of cafes along with Dominos in campus. There are two major events in VIT called Rivera and Gravitas (technical event). Both the events are conducted on a huge scale.

The library of VIT is a great building, with a spectacular view and latest gadgets. There is a great environment with boards and rooms for small discussions and proper managing systems. The classrooms are neat and clean . The mess has good food and also good Management system.

The syllabus in each subjects are adequately given for students to study. The teachers are very patient and very friendly to teach, guide and help students to expand their knowledge in their branches. The curriculum is updated every year and modes are also updated as the trend goes.

The placement system is very much efficient, with a large number of reputed firms coming in to choose the budding young minds. The college puts in efforts behind every student for placements, in all aspects such as skill development, counseling, etc.

Hostels are generally good. There are both AC and Non AC rooms available. In first year, you can chose them. Secondly year onwards, it is alloted on basis of CGPA. So to get good rooms, you need to score good CGPA or be friends with someone who has good CGPA. Perhaps this is the best part of VIT. There is no ragging in VIT, vellore. In fact you are expected to sign affidavit claiming you won't engage in any such activities. If found ragging someone, strict action would be taken.

Education is decent. For 1 subject, there are many teachers which comprises of both Good and not so good. There is FFCS based system that is you chose your class timings and teacher. Lot of research based activities are encouraged and gradually the quality of research paper has also improved.

It is the placement time when you actually realize the value of your branch. The placements in CSE and IT are best. Most of the students in these two branch get excellent placement. Third in placement is ECE because 90% of CSE and IT companies allow ECE students. Next would be EEE and EI. For other branches to get good placement, you have to be really Good otherwise it's very difficult. Not many core mechanical or civil companies visit VIT and amongst the one that visit do not have that good C

The campus is huge. There are lot of places to walk around. All major sport facilities are also there. Its not very chilled out in VIT. Rules are quite strict. The intime during our times used to be 9 pm. For girls, it was even earlier.

There are great libraries with the latest technologies to make it digital. There is a great environment with boards and rooms for small discussions and proper managing systems. There are spacious and clean classrooms and air-conditioned labs. The food served is good, and every day there will be a different menu.

Teachers here are highly educated and helpful in clearing doubts and counselling students. They teach the topics well and give some tips for future placements to become industry-ready. The syllabus is regularly updated and modified according to the needs of the industry and students all-round development.

Developer, software engineer, editor, designer and manager roles are offered here. The highest salary package offered is 44 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Wipro, Cognizant, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, Swiggy and Zomato visit here. Placements and internships are offered to 100% of students.

The infrastructure is very hygienic and well maintained. We have all the amenities inside the hostel. We also have a night mess. I liked the breakfast provided every day. We had AC and non-AC gyms inside the hostel. You will get a job after your graduation.

It is average. The good thing is that we can choose the subjects, timing and faculty of our interest. VIT works on FFCS, which is a fully flexible credit system. We have 3 major exams in total. CAT (continuous assessment test) and FAT (final assessment test) are conducted.

Research analyst roles are offered. It depends on what company you are applying for or profile. We have research companies, pharmaceutical companies and many MNCs coming for placements. You can get placed in any company other than biotechnology companies if you have the skills required by the company.

I am not a hostel student, but my friends told me that all facilities are available in the hostel. The hostel serves good quality food. Overall, it is a very good experience in the hostel with the rich environment and lifestyle. The hostel is suitable for all class students.

The course curriculum is very good. Faculty members in our college are professional. Most of the faculty members are doctorates. So their teaching level is high and very understandable. They are friendly with students. It is a very good college to learn. Faculty members are good.

About 90% of the students are passed out with good placements every year. Vellore Institute of Technology is also known as famous for its placement. Every student will get placed every year with good knowledge in good companies.

The college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classroom has an elevated platform for professors to teach, projector, well built benches and a wide chalk board. Labs are also well equipped and in collaboration with many external labs too. Wifi is provided in all school buildings and hostels. They are all used and well maintained. The living spaces are not so clean and the food is also not very hygienic.

I am studying B.Tech- Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. The quality of teaching is very good. I think my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. The study makes you job ready.

The quality of placements at my college has been very good. A high percentage of students were placed. the highest salary package offered was 44 lakhs per annum by Microsoft to the stream computer science. average salary offered is 6LPA. I have not been placed yet.

College life in Vellore Institute of Technology is always a very memorable one for the students. It gives very good opportunities for the student in every field.

The infrastructure of VIT vellure is well framed and amazing construction view point. There is ambulance facility in our college. We have different laboratories various courses. Hostels and messes are well maintained. There are badminton courts, cafeteria and many more facilities for the Student. All the places are cleaned properly and food also in good condition.we have to furnish ourselves.

All the professors are well experienced and are very good in their fields so that they can taught us more extraordinary way of teaching. Complete syllabus is taught along with lab experiments. All the study materials provided by the teachers are of high quality. The course has a wide scope of opportunities. Syllabus is updated one. Choices are available to choose the subjects which we have study.

Software and core companies will be tonne. Core companies are less for civil . Core branches will chose highers. For cse, ece, mec, production, there will be a huge placement percentage every year. Amazon, Intel like product based companies are coming here for recruitment drive. Average salary package is 7.5 LPA. Highest salary package of 65 LPA at Amazon.

It costs around 90,000 rupees per semester which is pretty amazing considering all the facilties that they provide. Its really a blessing in disguise to get admitted in this prestigious college that we love. We can utilise all equipments to make sure job ready. So that our money will have worthy. I can say it is worthy to spend this huge amount.

It's like floating in river with others for no reason. There are a myriad of opportunities but you don't know where to go. You will develop laziness and more effective way of utilising the facilities. The blocks are very far from each others. You will be very tired and dead to move here and there even on a bicycle. Most of the students were enjoy their campus Life in a great way. Everyone have their own time to explore the university accessories. Always growing minded people are available.

It was a great experience I had Coming to this college and had changed my life. It not only provide me theories knowledge also practical knowledge which now i am using in my work and it's moreover focus on overall development and work on you dream. All the capability of the students will give more energy to grow up.

The college is amazing in terms of facilities and infrastructure. But only few of them are freely available to use. There is wifi all over the campus but the speed sometimes is low. The library in our college is really amazing and offers a wide range of books. Hostels are hygienic, well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.

I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology. The quality of teaching is okayish. A few teachers are excellent though. The curriculum is updated on a regular basis but I feel it's not upto the latest industry standards.

I'm not much aware about placement but as far as I know, almost everyone in branches like cse, it get placed. Highest goes upto 40lpa every year according to the articles published by our university. Average salary is around 5lpa for cse branches ( not sure)

The fee depends on the rank and category. I feel the money being spent is sometimes very high and middle class students find it hard to afford.

I have just been in the campus for 1 year and the remaining was in online mode. The campus was beautiful and was well maintained. There are a lot of cultural activities going on now and then.
