The main undergraduate programme of ASPEE College is B.Sc Horticulture (Hons). The ASPEE College admission depends on the agricultural entrance examination results as well as the marks obtained in 10+2 by the candidate. Different aspects of horticulture would be limitedly covered in the programme.
This includes 14 specialised courses of M.Sc. These include Fruit Science; Vegetable Science; Postharvest Technology; Floriculture and Landscape Architecture; Plantation Spices; Medicinal and Aromatic Crops; Molecular Biology and Biotechnology; Genetics and Plant Breeding; Plant Pathology; Entomology; Soil Science and Technology; Economics and Marketing; and Extension. The typical requirement for entry to such graduate degree programmes is a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and may require an entrance examination or an interview.
There are twelve doctoral programmes available at the college corresponding to M.Sc. specialisations. A master's degree in the relevant area is more or less mandatory for admission to PhD programmes.
