Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with marks 545 belonging to ST category secured seat in BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad under 15% AIQ and a candidate belonging to ST category with 379 marks secured seat in the same under 85% state quota. The cut off in 2020 is subjected to change and it depends on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. So it is always safe to score 10-20 marks above the previous year cut off.
We have NEET college predictor to know the colleges in which you may get seat you may use it

Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .
In neet 2019, 610 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad under Gujarat state quota
You can check the same at:-

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least 650 marks to be on the safer side
You can prepare well using our neet knockout for which link is provided below

Dear ,
From a ranking perspective King George Medical University is ranked much higher than B J Medical College according to National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF). So from an education perspective it is definitely KGMC.
The service bond is a stipulation that you need to fulfill to serve in rural areas. Now most tend to view this as a hardship assignment with poor facilities etc. Why not use opportunity to enhance your diagnostics skills, a growing problem today is the cost of diagnostics. It is becoming prohibitive and so medicine need to move towards cheaper and faster diagnostics.
Good Luck!
