Bharati College placement cell strives to bridge the gap between students and recruiters by inviting various companies to the campus for providing career opportunities to students. The placement cell act as a mediator between recruiters and students, but it also aims at polishing the amateur skills of the students to make them industry-ready. Varied profiles like HR, content writing, business development, marketing, wealth and risk management, equity research Analysis, and Fundraising were offered to the candidates during the Bharati College placement drive.

Heard students getting good placements. Atleast 70 percent got good placements from this college. Mostly psychology and bcom students got placements. The college is supportive. And placement process.
