BVVS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bagalkot, is a relatively new institution engaged in the dissemination of quality education in the field of homoeopathic medicine. Admission to the college is based on a well-structured procedure for the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), the only course the college offers. Admissions to BVVS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital are to be done based on NEET scores, ensuring that only the best candidates are selected for the program.
The admission cycle is usually in sync with the NEET exam, which is conducted every year for admissions into medical courses in India. A student has to qualify for the NEET exam in the month of May or June. The result would since then be declared by July, after which counseling and admission procedures begin.
The NEET exam, being the main admission criteria, includes Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from the 10+2 level. Degree Wise Admission Procedure
BHMS: The Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) is the flagship program offered at BVVS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bagalkot. It is a full-time program of 5.5 years that includes one year of compulsory internship. The sanctioned strength for the program is 60.
