The college has a decent infrastructure with a well-established campus. The working spaces are clean and restrooms are spic and span; the library has a diverse set of books and the canteen provides reasonably affordable menu. The classes don't have smart boards which is a limitation, but the sports facilities are well provided. Wi-Fi facility is available though we don't get the access everywhere in the college .
I am pursuing English hons due to my interest in reading and literature. The curriculum is well updated but it does not make one job-ready. The teachers are cooperative and experienced with most being PhD holders in their respective fields. The teachers emphasise on practical knowledge and not just the theoretical aspects.
The placements in our college is something where a lot of improvements are required. The companies visiting the campus aren't well established like other DU colleges. There is a placement cell for guiding students, but they remain inactive, hence making CVS not supportive in the recruitment drive. The average package is meagre 2 lacs p/a which is very low and unmotivational.
CVS is quite affordable as my yearly fee is just 10k p/a. The facilities provided are sound, and hence one gets more than one is charged. The DU circuit also provides various opportunities, not just in academics, but in various other fields.
The campus life is good. There are various societies for the students to engage in like the drama society, dance and music society etc. The college, at least in my course, conducts seminars and enlightening sessions for the students' career prospects. The location of the college is nice which gives the chance to hang out after classes; a medical room with necessary apparatus ensures handling of the emergencies.
CVS has been a good experience, but I am a job oriented person, for whom CVS is not a good option due to lack of job offers. I won't recommend to a person who would want to work after the bachelors.
College has a good infrastructure, and college provides various facilities like Ac classroom and smart board for teaching. Moreover everything in the college is quite well-maintained.The canteen provide hygienic food
I'm doing B.com(H) from past three years, and i found out that teachers are really hardworking here.and they always support students and the course makes me job orientated. But i think that college needs some strictness in terms of attendance .
Quality of Placement is quite average in our college.students don't get high packages jobs for the college placement. Moreover very few companies come to college and the students have fewer options to get a job.
Yes definitely My course fees in approximately 10000 a year which is quite low as compare to other colleges who are giving same course and i am fully satisfied with the money i spent on this college .
Campus Life is quite casual in CVS students don't attend that much classes, they just bunk and enjoy in the canteen. Location wise college is totally safe and the college can easily handle emergencies as hospitals are near by.
I have fully enjoyed my college life and i am very much satisfied from my college life and would recommend to take admission and you can make a lot of memories and good friends in this college.CVS is the best college <3
Infrastructure of my college is quite good as compare to other colleges also their are various facilities and equipment that are been provided by the college. But some classes lack smart board and projector which is a negative point of my college. On the other hand canteen is quite well maintained and the food provided by them is hygienic.
I am studying HRM from past three years its an interesting course but the quality of teaching is not upto mark as i expected it to be but i do not want any updates in the curriculum or any development in my college. this course maked me job oriented.
Placement of my college is quite average and the quality of company approaches to my college is quite fascinating to the students. Almost 50% of the students get placement after this course and average salary offered by the company are 2 lakh p.a.
My course has a fees of 10 thousand per annum which is quite low as compare to other colleges and thats why i think my money is worth it because of the big campus it is providing in such low amount of fees.
Campus life is quite amazing as compare to other DU Colleges students and teachers are friendly and you will be able to make new friends easily and teacher also supports the students and the location is quite good and i personally think college can handle emergencies.
Overall experience of past three years was good with college i haven't faced any problem with the college. Also their are quite good area near my college to chill which will benefit many students in future.
My college have all the infrastructure needed in a college moreover it has good facilities and equipment's. Also their are various activities in college of student interest. And they are well maintained and the canteen is also clean and has a good hygienic food.
Studying in my college is just like other colleges of DU as you all know so i should not tell much. And i personally think that their should be strict action against this and curriculum should get update and i think that yes it makes job ready.
Placement is not that good of my college and after this course not many students do job as its a vocational course people do business or move to some other course after this and their is least placement percentage. and the highest package which student get are approx 2 lakh p.a.
Yes definitely it is value for money as my fees is ten thousand p.a. and it is quite low as compared to other big colleges which is beneficial for me and for the other students. and it is worth my money
My college have an amazing life overall as it has a big campus and all the activity i wished for in my college dream and the staff and students are quite friendly you will make new friends easily and i am happy about my college
My overall experience of three years college life is amazing and i would recommend this college to students and they can enjoy their college life here with good friends and infrastructure. I love my college
The infrastructure of CVS, DU was decent. It had all the requisites. Air-conditioned rooms, digital learning classes, sports Center, smart boards, wi-if all these amenities were present. The college was hygienic.
I studied Marketing and the quality of teaching was nice. I learnt a lot. The curriculum was updated and had all the recent developments in the field. It made me job ready. It made me aware of the corporate culture.
The quality of placements has been great. Almost 85% of the students got placed in decent companies. 11lakh p.a was highest package offered and the course was ECO Honours. The average salary offered was between 5-6 lakhs p.a
The course is a value for money. It costed 11000 per year. I really felt that it’s worth spending the amount as the knowledge I got and the package I got after I was placed was amazing. The course is absolutely worth taking.
The campus life is decent. There are a lot of cultural events happening. Dance, drama, singing and what not. The atmosphere is amazing and people around are great. The location is absolutely safe and amazing.
College of vocational comes under the university of delhi in this clg infrastucture is very in good condition the colour that was decided to wall was very attractive and all basic facilties in this college is very good
in this college teachers are very qualified not for my course but other courses also all notes and discussion they were included in normal lectures that gives a way to tackles the situation and academics also good
the quality of placements in our college was also good because students understand the importance of package i dont know about the percentage of students but around 20 or above salary package was offered
In my college a course cost per year was 8000 that was very cheap as compare to private university and that was help me to invest in future for other courses and business and others sector also so that was good
our college campus was very good my college was covered with the eco friendly environment and time to time student union cultural union and others department were organise many different programmes in our college and about the location also very peace and covered with the society
all people were know that delhi university was famous for there du election cuttoff fest fresher party that was very very good as compare to the private university that not gives this type of facilities
Nice and clean surrounding as well as the inner environment is wonderful. The classes are clean the toilet ate regularly cleaned the corridors are also clean. The ground is also maintained. The fauna of the college is also mesmerizing.
They teachers are friendly and experienced. The computer land are maintained well as well as the teachers help the student where ever it is required. I am pursuing tourism managment and the course structure gives us immense opportunity to be job ready.
There is guaranteed placement in tourism managment. The teachers also helps us to get internship which is really helpful and provides insight of the job prospective we are going to take and gives us exposure as well.
The course fees is affordable and easy to pay it cost around 10150inr per year
In our college all commodities are available and the crowd is also mesmerizing.
All things are perfect the staff, the students all are friendly ans nice.
There are two buildings in this college one is old building and second one is new building which is made for vocational courses . Library is also good . Girls GCR is fully air conditioned and it includes necessary items which are necessary for girls. Playing ground is good in size and have gym park within it. There is no hostel facility in college . Food is good and hygienic in college canteen . New building is well maintained .
Those students who wants to make carrier in human resource management , tourism management etc college of vocational studies is best for them . College offers many vocational courses . Teachers are very helpful . They help us in studies alot. College also offered many hons course like bcom Hons, English Hons , History Hons , hindi hons etc.
Placement is not that good in this college . College offers less salary package in all courses. Placement of students is less in this college and average salary offered is of around 1.5 lac to 4.5 lac.
Yes it is value for money . Each course cost is different in different year. Academic is good in this college and i am happy that I am studying different course which is not available in other government college in graduation level.
Different people have different perception of college life. My college compus is good i found many good friends here . There are many societies in this college like Finance and investment cell, NSS,Aaghaaz Women development cell, Green brigade etc. Students can join multiple societies according to their interest. Societies enhances the personality of students . Students will be able to learn many new things there and they will be able to show their talents.
