DSHMC Pune Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The college does have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities for everyone's use. Our classrooms have smart boards along with traditional black board,we have a library and various departmental laboratories also. Cleanliness and hygiene should be taken into consideration by the college.

I am currently studying in FY BHMS at DSHMC and I'm really satisfied with the quality of teaching that is being provided.The faculties are really helpful and are there to help you at anytime. The curriculum is updated every now and then and includes the latest developments in the medical field.

Our college provides a one year internship to all the students which gives them a proper experience and knowledge as to how patients have to be handled and taken care of. I don't think placements as such are there in medical colleges....we initially work under any renowned hospital and gain initial experience in the field and also attend OPDs of various doctors.

The fees for FY is 1 lakh rupees per year. Even though I've paid the amount,I do feel that the college must look into cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of their infrastructure. Otherwise, everything is fine with the college and teaching is really good.

Our college being a medical one,does have very few major events but still they are really engaging and enjoyable.Our college also organises various multiple seminars and field visits which keeps its students engaged. The teachers and support staff is helpful and the crowd is also really good. The location in karve nagar which is absolutely safe and also has various other facilities available at a shorter distance.
