36 MonthsDiploma in Computer Science and Technology is a three-year full-time course offered by the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The student should have passed/appeared Madhyamik or Class 10 Equivalent Board Examinations with Science / Physical Science and Mathematics from any recognized Board/ Council/ Institute. subject to submission of a pass certificate / marksheet at the time of counseling /admission.
For 2-year Diploma courses
Passed/appeared Higher Secondary or 10+2 Board Examination or H.S. (Vocational) Examination of WBSCT&VE&SD or equivalent examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per table 8.4 of AICTE’s Approval Process Handbook 2024-2027.
* Subject to submission of pass certificate / marksheet at the time of counseling/admission.
OR
Passed 10th + 2 year ITI (continuous) shall be eligible for admission to Second Year Diploma Course(s) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
Admission Details
Admission will be made on the basis of the Merit List, prepared by the WBSCT&VE&SD based on the JEXPO & VOCLET entrance examination.
