Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Jain University, Bangalore.

Aerospace Engineering offered by IIAEM, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is unique due to the fact that there are very few institutions in the country which offer such a program. The curriculum of the program is designed to meet the requirements of Aerospace organizations and its associates engaged in either production or R&D. While framing the detailed syllabus of the program many salient features of curricula followed at IITs and other front runner institutions have been adopted. The courses are conceived and designed to prepare Aerospace Engineering graduates with sound knowledge in Aeronautics and Space technology. Towards this end experienced faculty members who worked in industry and R&D offer courses on design of Aircraft and its systems like Avionics, Engines, rockets, satellites and missiles. The Graduates will have exciting, wide-ranging and challenging placement opportunities and will also have an excellent professional career growth.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Passed with Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in 12th PUC/ISC/CBSE OR Equivalent Board with Physics and Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects with Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science /Biology
  • IB students should get minimum 26 credits to qualify for the course
  • Cambridge students must study 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced level) including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
  • Candidates who have completed 12th or equivalent exams or final year students of class XII or its equivalent, awaiting examination results may also apply
  • NIOS candidates are eligible to apply
