Faculty of Management Studies, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad has a Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) that facilitates the placement process. FMS MRIIRS placement centre manages the placements and collaborates with leading organisations to set up training programmes.

CRC streamlines the FMS MRIIRS placement process, and students in their final year are eligible to log in for FMS MRIIRS placement. Each year, CRC invites various companies for the FMS MRIIRS placement drive. CRC provides valuable input to the teaching faculty regarding the market-relevant skills to prepare students before FMS MRIIRS placements to become more employable and equipped with market-ready skills. IBM, Bank of America, EY, BYJU’s, and Tech Mahindra are some of the FMS MRIIRS recruiters.

Placements

Placements of the college are not that good, it is pretty average. The placements of other colleges are pretty good compared to our college. Very few people are only able to get a good placement from our college who have good skills and a CGPA as well.

Placement is not so great in my college, as only 50-60% students got intership from the college. And same percentage of students get placed. Companies like TCS, Wipro, CTS visit our college for recruitment.

The placement opportunities of my college is nice, the placement cell of the college is active and students are guided for placements in different companies. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, Microsoft, IBM, Byju's etc.
