The unmatched return on investment

The money paid to my college is much more to it's faculty and industry exposure..!! we have very poor industry exposure. it is a time pass collage. i don't recommend anyone to this college because we won't learn anything here. only infrastructure is good. very bad teacher and student relationship. it is only good for enjoyment and having friends for fun.

Great Learning Experience

GITAM has got the best infrastructure when compared to many local other colleges.It Is an opportunity for those who cannot get through good colleges. It has good lab facilities. GITAM gives you a value addition. It gives u skill sets required to survive outside or if it cannot give u that it will atleast give you capability to acquire those skill sets.The big companies like L & T, Google, Amazon. HSBC Bank visit the campus but TCS and Tech Mahindra are the mass recruiters for the people in GITAM. Studying in GITAM is highly expensive and absolutely worth of money. and it is also much better than other bunch of colleges via EAMCET.

V. good for students who expect only books and below avg for

Some faculty try to take revenge on students playing with their marks, giving partiality to others underestimating others, just hate the faculty over here, marks are given based on students activities and not on the answer paper.teachers don't encourage but keep discouraging for sports, events etc. A commercial college I feel. But may be good comparing with others because I don't know the life in other colleges.

Good place for students with job ambitions

College is very well known for its placement record, and also, the infrastructure is better to other colleges. But the faculty needs to be a bit unfamiliar to their topics. College life is amazing and fun filled. Hostel lacks few of the basic student needs but on normal days, one has to adjust to hostel food.

Great place to showcase talents

The college has a great environment and has a huge campus but is still under construction. Placements of college are pretty good on compare with other colleges. But has nil exposure to the industry, also nil interaction with IT companies but does conduct a few seminars. Faulty were better, but now due to huge no of students faulty quality has been decreased. But its an amazing place to showcase the talents and enjoy college.

GITAM has a 100-acre campus in Rushikonda. The campus consists of three main food canteens, a few fast food outlets, a multi-purpose outdoor ground, indoor facilities for badminton and table tennis, tennis courts, and gym. The campus has a 24x7 health care centre. There are ambulances for emergencies. The students and faculty have uninterrupted power supply, 24x7 security, and indoor games. The boys hostel has an accommodation for 3500 students, and the girls hostels 2000.

Lovely college but has setbacks

Well, this college has really nice and interactive teachers but with not much of knowledge. They try really hard to learn our subjects and then come to teach us. The infrastructure would be wonderful had I joined in 2020 rather than now and this is due to the fact that a reputed college like GITAM still has its infrastructure construction in process. The library, I wish would be better if it were stocked with books other than our routine subjects. Rest all I think depends on the students and their will to succeed in life.

Best University in Telangana

I'm the final year student of this University. GITAM University has given me an all round exposure and helped me excel in curricular as well as extracurricular activities. The University has a good Infrastructure, Labs and all we need to have a better and memorable college life. The placement opportunities are excellent.

Good infrastructure and great college life!

The infrastructure of the college is very good (as of now). There maybe further development as there are more blocks under construction. The faculty are good. Placements for Computer science field are very good. Some companies visit to take some other branches along with CSE and it students. Almost all ECE, CSE and it students can get placed for sure. I think it'll take a year or two to completely develop the college both infrastructure and other aspects.

GITAM hyderabad review

If you really have good stuff we should get into NIT or IIT or at least in top 5 EAMCET colleges when you opt for GITAM it just means that you have no other option, the fee is too high when to compare to the facilities which they provide us apart from it, this college is not bad if you have a right zeal irrespective of the college of you work hard will be succeeded in your life.

More than academics it is a platform for talent enrichment

Four years ago, I was a fresher and believed that ragging is similar to other universities but my seniors are very friendly and it is only because of the environment we are and that is GITAM. The place where we can show the inbuilt talents and abilities. Everyone know that GITAM infrastructure is very well and rather than infrastructure a university needs the best faculty and my college owns it. Finally, the management and non-teaching staff are very helpful. Proud to be GITAMite are the words said by each student in the campus.

Expected much better

The college had the much better standard before but now due to the huge intake of students, the standard has fallen down. Also, the crowd of the college isn't that great either, but when compared to other colleges it is good. Though we get to meet many students finding the one with similar mentality is rare in Gitam. College doesn't deserve the fees the students pay, it has to provide many more facilities than the present situation. But placement is serious, they don't bother about the pay but they'll surely try to get you placed.

Even a country's parliament wont hav dese many security

Under construction, May takes a couple of years more and faculty standards are not as they should be. Hostels Are okay, not a bad food quality either except if you are used to it. Lacks proper sports facility. Management supports the students and encourages them in terms of extracurricular activities.

Really a good university

It was fun being a part of this college. The faculty here is friendly. Labs provided are hi-tech. Faculty support you in any way they can for any projects we ask help for. The campus is humongous but still under construction. The surrounding of the campus is good. Overall it's a nice institute to study in. Though it will update to another level in coming years.

Overall good college

College life is good. Good friends. The campus is good. Even though its far its fine. Good for branches like cse,ece. Good faculty. Aerospace still in the developing stage so its better to choose cse or ece in this college. Labs are fine and placements are great for all.

The college is a pretty good. One the faculty is pretty good if you maintain good attendance and listen to the classes, you will definitely get good grades the infrastructure is pretty new so everything is nice. GST Hyderabad Great

An institution that has the capability to improve a lot in all parameters. Infrastructure is improving. The faculty quality is poor. There are no student exchange programs with foreign universities. The number of companies visiting the university is quite less compared to other deemed universities. Co-curricular activities are just there for name sake. Not worth the fees you pay.very costly.

It's fun if you get used to it

It's a college where construction is still in progress and its far from the city. Some faculty are awesome while some are not. It's a place where you land in if you don't perform well in your inter but nevertheless, the college offers a good set of basic facilities, but the fee is high. But it offers you a job after you are done, provided you do good. Lastly, we can study anywhere provided we have the liking to do so. The college is good, remember where ever you are you can perform well, provided you work towards it. All the best :)

Better if it had a lesser tuition fees

Everything in the college is good except the useless rules passed in the middle of the year rather than setting them at the start of a new semester. Every other facility is available at the campus premises. Laboratories have a good infrastructure.

One of the best colleges in Hyderabad

Gitam School of Technology, provides well equipped labs, and also enough knowledge towards the subject. It has been setting a record for the 100% placement for the students for the past years. Though it is situated on the outskirts of the city it provides many facilities for students such as hostel, gym, food, etc. It's huge campus provides a great opportunity for students to interact with one other and also students to enjoy their student life. GST has many clubs that support students expose themselves to the outer world, clubs such as kalakriti, GLUG, GUSAC, EWB student chapter etc. College does get many companies to come and interact with students and provide them knowledge about latest technologies and to conduct workshops. The only feature that sets GST apart is the cultural fest that is very popular, PRAMANA one of the most awaited fest. Tough GST has all everything a college needs, it lacks the involvement of the society as its placed on the outskirts, and also makes it difficult for students to travel up and down. GST does everything a student needs but it depends on how a student takes it. When compared to other colleges GST is far better, and a bit too strict in terms of student behaviour and manners.

Good for poor in studies and rich in money

"college name:- gitam school of technology ,Hyderabad it is good for :-1)who are not going to get seat in government colleges,reputed colleges near by their home if any. 2) to whom paying 2.5 lakhs per annum is not difficult about faculty :-avg.excellent faculty also there but their number is negligible.for each department it is less than 5.they will come only for final year students infrastructure:- good labs :- good.but lab faculty is poor library :- good placements :- 70%.no core companies will come all are software companies only. as far i know better to join in the following colleges than gitam 1)bits 2)amrita university 3)sastra university 4)srm 5)vit in ap gitam vizag is better than gitam hyd is better than klu"
