Fee structure of Government college of engineering Karad is nearly 2,24,000 only.

I am talking about college fee only there will be some exam fee like 1500 and i am excluded college / mess fee.

Students who are from science PCM in Intermediate will have to take admission in 1st year there si not way to get in 2nd year.

But those students who completed diploma course will directly take admission in 2nd year.

you can get the information regarding fee structure from the official website of the college.

It is arround 78001/- for open/ defence/EBC/STC/PTC 

63001/- for TFWS

4501/- for SC

37001/- for ST/OBC/NT1/NT2/NT3

this fee structure is for B.tech first year 2017-2018 batch, rest you can visit the official website.

Yes in most of the colleges there is a facility of Lateral entry so you can get a migration certificate from the previous university and get it submitted to your new college and all done.
