Have a question related to GCE Karad ?

Can I get admission in BCE bakhtiyarpur college, GCE bhagalpur, etc.. by bcece exam, expected rank to get admission in these college.

Yes, you can get admission in BCE Bakhtiyarpur and GCE Bhagalpur through the BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) or UGEAC (based on JEE Main scores). Here's what you need:

1. Expected Ranks (BCECE/UGEAC)

  • BCE Bakhtiyarpur :

    • General Category : Closing rank around 1,000–5,000 (varies by branch).

      • Fire Technology & Safety : ~1,091 rank (2022 data). (https://www.shiksha.com/college/bakhtiyarpur-college-of-engineering-patna-66521/cutoff)

      • CSE : Higher ranks (check latest cutoffs).

    • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC) : Lower ranks (e.g., SC ~100–500, OBC ~500–2,000).

  • GCE Bhagalpur :

    • General : ~ 1,000–3,000 rank (estimated, as exact data isn’t listed).

    • Reserved : ~50–70% lower than General ranks.

2. Admission Process

  • BCECE Exam :

    • Eligibility : Pass Class 12 with PCM.

    • Apply : Fill BCECE form at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in (https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/) .

    • Selection : Based on BCECE rank (for Bihar state engineering colleges).

  • UGEAC (JEE Main route) :

    • Eligibility : Qualify JEE Main.

    • Selection : Bihar UGEAC counseling uses JEE Main ranks (e.g., BCE Bakhtiyarpur’s CSE cutoff was 37,037–54,015 in JEE Main 2021) (https://zollege.in/college/219546-bakhtiyarpur-college-of-engineering-bce-patna) .

3. Key Points

  • Check 2025 Cutoffs : Exact ranks depend on competition (confirm via BCECE/UGEAC official PDFs).

  • Reserved Categories : SC/ST/OBC seats have lower cutoff ranks.

  • Apply Early : Participate in BCECE counseling or UGEAC rounds (2 rounds usually).

Summary :

  • BCE Bakhtiyarpur : Aim for BCECE rank under 5,000 (General) or UGEAC rank under 50,000 (JEE Main).

  • GCE Bhagalpur : Similar or slightly lower ranks than BCE.

  • Next Step : Visit bceceboard.bihar.gov.in for 2025 updates.

Note : If your rank is higher, try less competitive branches (e.g., Fire Technology, Civil Engineering).
