GCE Karad Facilities

Government College of Engineering Karad offers many facilities to the students, faculty and staff. GCE Karad facilities include residential facilities, medical facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, and many other facilities. The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. There are three boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel on the campus. A separate PG hostel is available that can accommodate 50 PG students.

Government College of Engineering Karad facilities also include various sports infrastructure. The GCE Karad also has a cafeteria that provides healthy and nutritious meals to the students, faculty and staff. Parking facilities are also provided by the college. The auditorium is used for organising events and functions. IT infrastructure is also part of the GCE Karad campus facilities, and a 24-hour internet facility is also provided by the college. Boys Hostel
There are three hostels for boys. It can accommodate 550 boys. All basic facilities are provided to the students. The hostels have PV emergency lighting systems as well as facilities for a solar hot water system, RO filtered drinking water and recreational facilities.
Girls Hostel
There are two hostels for girls that can accommodate 225. The hostel mess provides meals to the students. A gymnasium equipped with modern amenities is present in the hostels.
Gym
The college has well-equipped gym facilities for the students. A separate gymnasium with modern equipment is available for girls.
Library
Government College of Engineering Karad facilities include a library. The library has many textbooks, reference books, journals, magazines, e-books, CDs, DVDs and other academic resources. Online services are also provided by the college. More than 70,000 books are available in the college library.
Sports
GCE Karad provides a large number of sports facilities to the students. This includes fields and grounds for various outdoor games. Courts for basketball, volleyball, kabaddi and kho-kho are available. The gymkhana council organises sports events throughout the year.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has the latest and modern IT infrastructure facilities.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria of the college provides meals to the students, faculty and staff.
Auditorium
The college auditorium is used by the students and faculty to conduct various activities and functions.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Laboratories
The college provides many departmental laboratories to the students. Each department or branch has its own laboratories as required by the curriculum.
Parking Facility
The college provides parking facilities for the students and staff.

The campus of the college is full of greenery and amazing. Wi-Fi is available everywhere around the college campus. Not only in terms of academics but also co-curricular activities, college is best. The overall development is achieved during years of journey.

College Infrastructure

College is well developed and well equipped to cater the needs of an engineering student. VR Labs and Cloud Labs are very cool places to hang out and chill. Some of the computer labs have high end Desktops. Hostel infrastructure is also good...not the best but you can live with it

College Infrastructure

The college had all the necessary equipments and infrastructure. The living spaces were clean and discipline was maintained well. The food was highly appreciated. The education system is again excellent.
