The college is old but the infrastructure is par with modern facilities. The college has all the facilities , instruments, models , labs , hostel , waiting area , smart classroom everything is there .
The academics of the college is great . The faculty is well versed in their field and interact and help all the students in the college. The teaching techniques are modern they teach on the smart board and use the models to make everything clear.
This is a professional course. So there is nothing like placements. But the students from this college are well settled at the best places in India and outside the India. The college gaves is many opportunities to build our career in a great way.
The course fees is little high as compared to other government colleges. But the infrastructure and facilities they provide are also better than the other government colleges. I think they should reduce the fees or atleast provide some scholarship.
The campus life is good. There are various fest which are organised by the students itself. The fest include everything in it ....be it a dance , singing , skit , quizzes , sports. The campus has ground for the almost all the sports.
The college is overall good in terms of academics and patient flow.
Dear aspirant
As of now it's hard to predict anything exactly about your chances in GDC, nagpur as result are yet to be declared and ranks are still unknown at your marks, also cut off marks changes every year.
Last year i.e, neet 2021, govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling was allotted to SC category upto 431 marks after mop-up round.
If we talk about neet 2020 cutoff marks for SC category then it was 410 marks in GDC, Aurangabad and for GDC, nagpur cut off marks was 432 marks in 2020.
So if we talk about chances in GDC, nagpur then you have low chances because it is first dental college which get allotted in govt category and it's cut off goes high compared to other three Dental college in Maharashtra.
Now if we talk overall probability you getting govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling then you might have some chances but still nothing can be said confirmed as you can see yourself last two year cut off marks have been varied so much.
