Considering you a candidate of unreserved category I feel sorry to inform you that you don't stand a chance among the GECs of our state. But you can definitely join any private engineering college of your choice. You may not get Popular branches in Rungta, Shankaracharya but you may get another branch there or if you are determined for a particular branch you have a lot of other option available.

                 The cut off for cse in GEC BILASPUR last year was 84 marks in first round and 73 marks in third round for general category student.
